Ice Cream Cake

Don’t you all love having ice creams and cakes, especially when you are a sweet tooth? What about an ice cream cake altogether? It is just a 3 ingredient recipe that includes a packaged chocolate cake, ice cream, and Oreos. You can go for homemade ice cream or a vanilla brick available in the market. Mix the vanilla ice cream with crushed Oreos. Put the chocolate cake on the base and top it up with the Oreo ice cream. Sprinkle it with choco chips freeze for some time. Serve your ice cream cake with some chocolate syrup.

Rose-Flavored Kulfi

Here’s the easiest rose-flavored ice cream recipe ever.  Blend the dry fruits of your choice, preferably almonds and pistachios with sugar and cardamom, and set aside. Pour 2-3 drops of food colour into the rose essence and mix it well. Then, simmer the milk for a few minutes and add the blended mixture to it. Merge the food colour mixture into creamy milk. Finally, pour the final mixture into the mould and cover the mould with aluminium foil, insert ice cream sticks into it and freeze overnight. The next day, carefully pull the Kulfi out of the mould and garnish it with dry fruits and other toppings of your choice.

Coffee Ice Cream

Coffee adds a bold flavor to the creamy and natural homemade ice cream. Put the whipped cream and the bowl in the freezer and leave it to chill overnight. Place the ground coffee in a filter bag and pour milk into a saucepan, bring it to simmer. Add sugar to it, stir well and turn off the flame. Additionally, soak the coffee filter bag in the milk until it gets extracted properly and combine with vanilla extract. Pour the milk into the whipped cream and cover it with a plastic wrapper or a steel utensil. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours and then top it with chocolate sauce and nuts as per taste. Serve your bold-flavored ice cream.
