We understood the importance of Maggi when it got banned once. No other noodles with unique flavours can ever replace the charm left by Maggi in our lives. Every individual has a different and innovative way of cooking Maggi. Some like it cheesy while others like it to be fully loaded with veggies. But, remember that these aren’t 2 minute recipes like our master ingredient. Here are a few creative recipes that can be prepared using Maggi as the master ingredient:
Maggi Roll
Maggi Roll is the kind of cutlet wherein you just replace potato with Maggi. Firstly cook simply using the Maggi cake and boiling it. Then, combine the so prepared noodles with a mixture of corn flour, baking flour, pepper, salt and water. Now, prepare a mashed potato mixture by combining it with coriander, corn and spices. Mix both the batters so they give out a flowing consistency. Prepare small ball sized cutlets by greasing the hands with oil. Now, deep fry in a hot steel vessel on medium flame until golden brown. Finally, serve by sprinkling Magic Masala on the cutlets along with mint chatni and have a delectable eve.
Maggi Toast
This one’s the easiest and the most delicious of them all. We all look forward to having either Maggi or a toast when our lazy souls need food. All you need is 2 slices of bread, some cheese, Maggi, and an extra packet of Magic Masala (goes without saying). Prepare as simple Maggi as you can with minimal ingredients and sprinkle the extra packet towards the end. Keep it aside and toss the toasted bread with salted butter and Oregano. Apply a thick layer of cooked Maggi on one of the bread slice and sprinkle it with corn and cottage cheese. Sprinkle some Magic Masala and place it on a baking tray and bake for around 5 minutes. Finally, serve hot with salsa sauce.
