Mix it together with coriander, salt, and pepper to taste. Spread the mixture on one bread slice and butter on the other. Switch on the microwave oven and select Convection mode. Then, bake for 10 minutes with the temperature set at 180 degrees Celsius and remove the bread slices from the microwave oven and serve hot. You can also use a medium cooking pan or griller for the same.

You can use whole wheat bread to make it healthier and add your favorite seasonings along with sauces and chutney to match up with the Indian flavors. You can even utilize the leftover salad by adding tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion to it.
This custard flavored pudding will make you want more. Take about 5 bread slices and cut them into pieces. Grind until they become crumbs. In a large mixing bowl, put milk, sugar, and custard powder. Transfer this milk mixture into a heating pan and stir continuously. When it becomes creamy, pour it into another bowl and put it to rest. Cool it completely and keep it in the refrigerator for some time. Unmould the pudding and serve it with garnished dry fruits on top.
