The human body is an amazing machine. It has tremendous power to tolerate any amount of nuisance which normally we carry on. As machines need maintenance to run efficiently on continuous basis, so is the case with our bodies. It needs care for its survival. The body breaks down because of various reasons: genetics, the environment, intake of junk food and lack of sleep. But illness of health is caused by emotional factors due to various conflicts take place in our daily lives. In fact, scientific research has proven this fact. The particular thought pattern which affects our bodies is basically because of releasing chemicals in our physical system, in response to each emotion. Say, you are afflicted with a fear psychology which swings your mood for a longer period of time. In that case, stress hormones are released, specifically cortisol which has a dominance effect to your health namely heart attacks, weight gain and depression. Emotions travel everywhere in the body causing disturbances to your various organs.
Very often, we are not aware about emotional situation which causes imbalance in our system. Through our intuition, we become aware of these facts. We have five senses namely seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and touching and we have five parallel intuitive senses – clairvoyance, seeing; clairaudience, hearing; clairsentience, body sensation; clairalience, smelling; and clairegustance, tasting and through all these, we are able to understand emotional situation. For example, you get an intuitive message, a clairvoyant flash that your bosom is in danger and needs your immediate response. Or your telephone is ringing and before you lift the receiver, your intuition makes you alert for a good or a bad news. In addition to the commonly understood intuition that guides us in these matters where we have insufficient information, our bodies have innate intuition. Our bodies can tell when something is going to happen good or bad in our lives even though our conscious mind may not be very clear about this phenomenon.
When we are injured and slowly we get healing, we have to bring our attention to messages our bodies relay through intuition. But we must understand the logical facts and information to comprehend which imbalances our life-style and affect our health. If your bicycle needs adequate tyre pressure, your body also needs to balance emotions and intuition with logic and fact. We must develop the following tools to create a perfect health.
- To become conscious of our emotions and other people surround us. To make a note of various negative factors that creates emotions like fear, anger and sadness.
- To identify the thoughts swirling around our heads that induces these emotions.
- To identify symptoms of distress and their location in our bodies.
- To decide the intuitive / emotional thought pattern information so that illness due to diet, environment, genetics and injury do not damage severely your body, which is an amazing machine?
After all, a perfect health is very necessary for our survival and also to combat many obstacles known or unknown being encountered by us in our lives
