Pazzta
We all crave Pasta but the complicated cooking along with the time taking process makes us lazy. Nobody wants to spend hours boiling, cutting vegetables, and arranging numerous raw materials. Students living in hostels and flats especially face problems while arranging spices, sauces, spreads, and vegetables. But thanks to Maggi for innovating a wide range of instant Pazzta that comes in different flavors as per your preference, namely Mushroom Penne, Cheesy Tomato Twist, Masala Penne, and Cheese Macaroni. It is delicious, quick, and very easy to make as it comes with a good quantity of pasta along with a sachet that contains the spices of your favorite flavor. Just pour the raw pasta into boiling water and mix it with the sachet. Serve with cheese and sauces of your choice.
Instant Upma Mix
Cooking a South-Indian dish has never been easier before. As we know, Upma is healthy and light which makes it suitable for traveling. Further, it can be conveniently cooked in a pan, microwave, instant pot, or rice cooker in a few minutes. It is an ideal choice for a rush breakfast when you do not have time to cook Paratha and Sabji. Heat around 2 spoons of oil in a pan and add coriander leaves, Urad dal, mustard seeds, and green chilies. Keep it aside. Take another pan and fill it with water, then add the Upma mix in the boiling water while mixing it to avoid lumps. Cook for around 5 minutes and blend it with the mixture kept aside. Make sure that there is no water left and serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
Instant Cake Mix
Baking a cake is not a piece of cake, but it might be with the various instant cake mix available in the market. In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients and beat it by adding an egg (optional). Preheat the oven at 350°F and bake it for around 30-45 minutes, until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. You can garnish it with the topping of your choice.
