Crispy corn is a shallow-fried version of sweet corn with spicy flavours. All you need is a pack of sweet corn and boil them in water until they become soft. After draining the water and rinsing them in running water, coat the kernels with a mixture of corn flour, water, and salt. Fry the coated corn in a way that they do not stick to each other for 3-4 minutes. Remember, the kernels might burst, so take them out from the pan carefully. In a saucepan, heat some butter and add the golden corn. Chop an onion, a tomato, green chilies, and let them saute. Then, season them with red chili powder, salt, pepper, and chaat masala. Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves.
Corn and Cheese Sandwich
